Delivery and charges

Each seller has its own delivery charge and delivery window, set and approved by Necbazar rather than by the seller.

An order from several sellers arrives as several parcels. Each parcel shows its own charge and expected dates at checkout.

The delivery window we show you at checkout is the promise we measure ourselves against. If a parcel will miss it, we contact you with the reason and your options. A revised estimate never replaces the original promise in your order history.

Delivery is currently available in selected Dhaka areas. You can browse from anywhere, but checkout will clearly tell you if we cannot deliver to your address yet.
