We collect your phone number to verify you and to send order updates. An email address is optional and used only for receipts.

Sellers see only what they need to fulfil your order: the delivery address, contact number and the exact items in their own parcel. One seller never sees another seller’s part of your order.

Promotional messages need your separate consent and can be turned off at any time. Order, delivery and support messages are always sent because they are part of the service.

Photos and messages you send to support are private. They are never published on a product page.
