Return policy

Eligible items can be returned within the window shown on the product page, counted from the day the parcel is delivered. The window for most categories is seven calendar days.

A wrong item, a wrong colour or size, a damaged item or a materially inaccurate description is always covered, and the cost of return is not yours to bear.

A change-of-mind return may carry different conditions and charges. Those are shown on the product page before you buy.

Returned goods are inspected before a refund is approved. A refund is submitted to your original payment route where possible; for cash on delivery we ask you to confirm a bank or mobile financial service destination.

This policy does not narrow any right you have under Bangladeshi consumer law.
