How long we keep your data

This is the full list, not a summary. Each row says what we hold, how long we hold it and why.

You can ask us to correct anything wrong, or to delete your account, from the privacy section of your account page. A deletion replaces your name, phone number and email with a placeholder and removes your saved addresses. It cannot remove the record of what you bought: tax law requires us to keep invoices and accounting entries for six years, and after a deletion those are no longer connected to your name.

We would rather tell you that plainly than promise an erasure we cannot carry out.
